Amending O. Reg. 329/04

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 5 (2) of �������� Regulation 329/04 is amended by striking out “Trillium Gift of Life Network Act” and substituting “Gift of Life Act”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 25 (1) of Schedule 3 to the The People’s Health Care Act, 2019 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
