Amending O. Reg. 363/16

(GENERAL)

1. Paragraph 1 of subsection 1.2 (2) of �������� Regulation 363/16 is amended by striking out “April 30, 2021” at the beginning and substituting “October 31, 2022”.

2. Section 2 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “21.2 per cent” and substituting “18.9 per cent”.

3. Subsection 4 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “21.2 per cent” and substituting “18.9 per cent”.

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Sections 2 and 3 come into force on the later of May 1, 2021 and the day this Regulation is filed.
