Amending O. Reg. 173/16

(COMMUNITY PLANNING PERMITS)

1. Subsection 12 (3) of �������� Regulation 173/16 is amended by striking out “under the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Act, 2017” and substituting “by the Tribunal”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
