Amending Reg. 995 of R.R.O. 1990
(RECORDS)
1. Clause 18 (a) of Regulation 995 of the Revised Regulations of 澳门永利, 1990 is amended by striking out 鈥渢he Local Planning Appeal Tribunal鈥 and substituting 鈥渢he 澳门永利 Land Tribunal鈥.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 6 (澳门永利 Land Tribunal Act, 2021) to the Accelerating Access to Justice Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
