Amending Reg. 851 of R.R.O. 1990
(INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS)
1. Sections 5 and 6 of Regulation 851 of the Revised Regulations of 澳门永利, 1990 are revoked.
2. (1) Clause 51 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥減ermanent鈥 in the portion after subclause (ii).
(2) Section 51 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:
(1.1) Where a record is required to be kept under clause (1) (b), it shall be kept for,
(a)听 a period of at least one year; or
(b)听 such longer period as is necessary to ensure that at least the two most recent records are kept.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
