Amending O. Reg. 339/94

(DEMERIT POINT SYSTEM)

1. Item 5 of the Table to �������� Regulation 339/94 is amended by striking out “public vehicle” in Column 3 and substituting “bus”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 7 (17) of Schedule 23 to the Better for People, Smarter for Business Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
