Amending O. Reg. 347/07

(PROVINCIAL PARKS: GENERAL PROVISIONS)

1. The definition of “bus” in subsection 1 (1) of �������� Regulation 347/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

“bus” means a bus as defined in subsection 1 (1) of the Highway Traffic Act; (“autobus”)

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of Schedule 23 to the Better for People, Smarter for Business Act, 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
