Amending O. Reg. 415/06

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Subsection 2 (1) of �������� Regulation 415/06 is amended by striking out “paragraphs 1 and 2” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “paragraphs 1, 2 and 3”.

(2) Subsection 2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3. An institution, agency or entity that,

i. provides vocational programs for a fee, in accordance with an agreement with a publicly-assisted university established under any Act, only to students who hold a study permit issued under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (Canada),

ii. does not provide vocational programs for a fee to any other students, and

iii. has been designated by the Minister as a designated learning institution for the purposes of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Canada).

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2021 and the day it is filed.
