Amending O. Reg. 401/12

1. °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Regulation 401/12 is amended by adding the following section:

Spousal Exception

Spousal exception

0.1 The spousal exception in subsection 1 (5) of the Health Professions Procedural Code applies in respect of the College.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
