Amending O. Reg. 263/20
(RULES FOR AREAS IN STEP 2)
1. Clause (g) of the definition of 鈥減ost-secondary institution鈥 in subsection 16 (3) of Schedule 2 to 澳门永利 Regulation 263/20 is amended by striking out 鈥減aragraph 5 of section 64 of the 澳门永利 College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009鈥 and substituting 鈥渃lause 2 (d) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021鈥.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
