Amending O. Reg. 364/20
(RULES FOR AREAS AT STEP 3 AND AT THE ROADMAP EXIT STEP)
1. Clause 2.1 (6) (b) of Schedule 1 to 澳门永利 Regulation 364/20 is revoked.
2. Clause (g) of the definition of 鈥減ost-secondary institution鈥 in subsection 13 (2) of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥減aragraph 5 of section 64 of the 澳门永利 College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009鈥 and substituting 鈥渃lause 2 (d) of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021鈥.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the later of December 20, 2021 and the day it is filed.
(2) Section 2 comes into force on the later of the day section 2 of the Building Opportunities in the Skilled Trades Act, 2021 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
