Amending O. Reg. 209/99

(BY-LAWS FOR MARKETING BOARDS)

1. Subsection 13 (1) of �������� Regulation 209/99 is amended by striking out “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
