Amending O. Reg. 181/03
(MUNICIPAL TAX SALES RULES)
1. Clause 6 (1) (b) of 澳门永利 Regulation 181/03 is amended by striking out 鈥Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994鈥 at the end and substituting 鈥Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020鈥.
2. Section 25 of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994鈥 at the end and substituting 鈥Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020鈥.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 7 (Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 2020) to the Protect, Support and Recover from COVID-19 Act (Budget Measures), 2020 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
