Amending Reg. 194 of R.R.O. 1990

(RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE)

1. Paragraph 1 of subrule 4.05.3 (4) of Regulation 194 of the Revised Regulations of ��������, 1990 is amended by striking out “the date and time by which the confirmation is required to be given” at the end and substituting “2 p.m. three days before the hearing date, unless the court orders otherwise”.

2. (1) Subrule 37.10.1 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “three days” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “five days”.

(2) Subrule 37.10.1 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “two days” in the portion before clause (a) and substituting “four days”.

(3) Rule 37.10.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “if available in the court office” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “to the court office”.

3. (1) Clause 38.09.1 (1) (b) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “three days” in the portion before subclause (i) and substituting “five days”.

(2) Rule 38.09.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “if available in the court office” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “to the court office”.

4. The rows for Forms 37B and 38B in the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “February 25, 2022”.

Commencement

5. This Regulation comes into force on the day that is one month after the day this Regulation is filed.
