Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of ��������, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:

37.8.1 (1) Subject to subsection (2), the basic fee payable for an insured service rendered by a physician in ��������, as set out in the schedule of benefits, shall be increased by 2.01 per cent if the service is rendered on or after April 1, 2022 and before April 1, 2023.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to an insured service for which H fees are payable.

(3) In this section,

“H fees” has the same meaning as in the schedule of benefits.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2022 or, if this Regulation is filed after that day, this Regulation is deemed to have come into force on that day.
