Amending O. Reg. 169/21

(ZONING ORDER - CITY OF MARKHAM, REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK)

1. The definition of 鈥渁ccessory鈥 in section 1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 169/21 is amended by striking out 鈥渁nd鈥 at the end of clause (i), by adding 鈥渁nd鈥 at the end of clause (j) and by adding the following clause:

(k) an above ground parking structure;

2. (1) Paragraph 4 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥38鈥 听and substituting 鈥53鈥.

(2) Paragraph 5 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out 鈥350鈥 and substituting 鈥400鈥.

(3) Section 4 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

8. The maximum building floor area is 2,100 square metres for each storey for any building with a setback of 106 metres from Apple Creek Boulevard.

9. Despite paragraph 4, the maximum height for an above ground parking structure is 38 metres.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
