Amending O. Reg. 253/07

(FIREFIGHTERS)

1. Section 4 of �������� Regulation 253/07 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

18.�� Primary-site thyroid cancer.

19.�� Primary-site pancreatic cancer.

2. Subsection 5 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “or primary-site cervical cancer” and substituting “primary-site cervical cancer, primary-site thyroid cancer or primary-site pancreatic cancer”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
