Amending O. Reg. 153/04

(RECORDS OF SITE CONDITION - PART XV.1 OF THE ACT)

1. (1) Subparagraph 4 iv of the definition of “community use” in subsection 1 (3) of �������� Regulation 153/04 is revoked and the following substituted:

iv. a career college as defined and approved under the �������� Career Colleges Act, 2005;

(2) Subparagraph 6 iv of the definition of “residential use” in subsection 1 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

iv. a career college as defined and approved under the �������� Career Colleges Act, 2005.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
