Amending O. Reg. 75/08

(DESIGNATIONS)

1. Schedules A, B and C to �������� Regulation 75/08 are amended by striking out “Private Career Colleges Act, 2005” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “�������� Career Colleges Act, 2005”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 29 to the Less Red Tape, Stronger Economy Act, 2023 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed. ��
