Amending O. Reg. 618/98

(ONTARIO TOURISM MARKETING PARTNERSHIP CORPORATION)

1. �������� Regulation 618/98 is amended by striking out “the �������� Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Destination ��������”.

2. Section 1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. The corporation without share capital established under the name �������� Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation by this section, as it read immediately before the day �������� Regulation 553/17 came into force, and formerly continued under the name �������� Tourism Marketing Partnership Corporation in English and Société du Partenariat ontarien de marketing touristique in French, is continued under the name Destination �������� in English and in French.

3. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. Destination �������� is for all its purposes an agent of the Crown within the meaning of the Crown Agency Act and its powers may be exercised only as an agent of the Crown.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
