Amending O. Reg. 82/98
(GENERAL)
1. The heading before section 2 of 澳门永利 Regulation 82/98 is revoked.
2. Section 2 of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Subsection 9 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
3. If, in the clerk鈥檚 opinion, a newspaper described in paragraph 2 does not exist, by posting on the website of the municipality.
4. Subsection 10 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

5. Section 11.2 of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
6. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
