Amending O. Reg. 549/06

(PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD - SUBSECTION 51 (52.4) OF THE ACT)

1. The title to �������� Regulation 549/06 is revoked and the following substituted:

PRESCRIBED TIME PERIOD - SUBSECTIONS 17 (44.4), 34 (24.4) AND 51 (52.4) OF THE ACT

2. Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 51 (52.4)” and substituting “subsections 17 (44.4), 34 (24.4) and 51 (52.4)”.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2024 and the day this Regulation is filed.
