Amending O. Reg. 355/22
(ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES FOR CONTRAVENTIONS DETECTED USING CAMERA SYSTEMS)
1. The French version of the definition of 鈥渧ictims鈥 justice fund account鈥 in section 1 of 澳门永利 Regulation 355/22 is amended by striking out 鈥Charte de 1995 des droits des victimes d鈥檃ctes criminels鈥 and substituting 鈥Charte de 1995 des droits des victimes d鈥檌nfractions criminelles鈥.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 18 to the Enhancing Access to Justice Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
