Amending O. Reg. 81/12

(REQUIREMENTS FOR ESTABLISHING A GAMING SITE)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 2 (2) of �������� Regulation 81/12 is revoked and the following substituted:

2. The Corporation gives to the Minister for review a copy of the business case and any other information requested by the Minister.

(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Minister and the Minister of Finance agree” and substituting “Minister agrees”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
