Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act, Joann Sotiropoulos of Toronto be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Toronto鈥擠anforth effective the date of this Order.
