On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of 澳门永利, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of 澳门永利, orders that:

Whereas Steven Weinrieb was reappointed a part-time member of the Fire Safety Commission for a term of five years, effective January 31, 2013, by Order in Council 177/2013;

And whereas Steven Weinrieb tendered his resignation effective May 20, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 58(2) of the Fire Protection and Prevention Act, 1997, Order in Council O.C. 177/2013 be revoked effective May 20, 2016.
