°ÄÃÅÓÀÀû

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, orders that:

Whereas Egya Sangmuah was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board by Order in Council O.C. 1185/2016 dated August 4, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(2) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 and subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006,

Egya Sangmuah be paid an annual remuneration of $123,225.

Further, Egya Sangmuah shall be eligible for benefits, excluding pension, in accordance with the benefit entitlements of the Senior Management Group of the °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Public Service;

Further, Egya Sangmuah may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. If he declines to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan, he shall not be entitled to compensation in lieu of participation in the Plan;

And further, Egya Sangmuah shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Landlord and Tenant Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
