On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of ��������, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of ��������, orders that:

whereas section 8 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, requires the Lieutenant Governor in Council to formulate an emergency plan respecting emergencies arising in connection with nuclear facilities;

and whereas pursuant to O.C. 2317/2017, the Provincial Nuclear Emergency Response Plan (PNERP) Master Plan 2017 was adopted by the Lieutenant Governor in Council as an emergency plan respecting emergencies arising in connection with nuclear facilities formulated under section 8 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended;

and whereas pursuant to O.C. 619/2018 the Lieutenant Governor in Council adopted the “Provincial Nuclear Emergency Response Plan (PNERP) Implementing Plan for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station” dated March 2018 (the “Pickering Implementing Plan, March 2018”), as an emergency plan under section 8 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended;

and whereas the Pickering Implementing Plan, March 2018 has been amended;

thereforethe document entitled “Provincial Nuclear Emergency Response Plan (PNERP) Implementing Plan for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station (PNGS)” dated January 2019, (the “Pickering Implementing Plan, January 2019”) is hereby adopted as an emergency plan under section 8 of the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act, as amended, and replaces the Pickering Implementing Plan, March 2018.

and that Order in Council O.C. 619/2018 dated March 27, 2018 be revoked.
