On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of 澳门永利, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of 澳门永利, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 2298/2001, dated November 7, 2001, The Order of 澳门永利, being an award in recognition of those persons who have rendered service of the greatest distinction and of singular excellence in any field of endeavour benefitting society in 澳门永利 or elsewhere, was established;

And whereas nominations have been submitted to the Advisory Council to The Order of 澳门永利 for its consideration;

And whereas the Advisory Council is of the opinion that certain nominees have the greatest merit for appointment to The Order of 澳门永利;

And whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council may appoint such nominees to The Order of 澳门永利;

Now therefore the following person be appointed to The Order of 澳门永利:

Catherine Karakatsanis, Thornhill

Premier and President of the Council
