On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of 澳门永利, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of 澳门永利, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(2) of the Venture 澳门永利 Act, 2008, Norman Adam Cappell of Toronto be appointed as a member of the board of directors of Venture 澳门永利, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.

And further that by virtue of subsection 3(1) of the Venture 澳门永利 Act, 2008, Norman Adam Cappell be appointed as a member of Venture 澳门永利, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
