Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act, Lois O鈥橬eill-Jackson of Trent Lakes be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Haliburton鈥擪awartha Lakes鈥擝rock effective the date of this Order.
