On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of 澳门永利, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of 澳门永利, orders that:

Whereas the Chief Electoral Officer has recommended the appointment of a returning officer,

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 7 (1) of the Election Act, Richard Norbert Poujade of Ottawa be appointed Returning Officer for the Electoral District of Orl茅ans effective the date of this Order.
