Emergency Management Exemplary Service Awards
The Emergency Management Exemplary Service Awards recognizes exceptional service and achievements by individuals or groups who have achieved excellence in their respective fields.
The awards are delivered in partnership between provincial, territorial and federal governments.
Awards are granted in five categories:
- Resilient Communities
- Youth
- Outstanding Contribution to Emergency Management
- Search and Rescue Volunteers
- Search and Rescue Employees

Nominations and requirements
You must submit nominations for the 2024-2025 award cycle by August 31, 2024.
All nominations must include two testimonials that support notable career achievements, including professional and volunteer activities, and their significance.
