Overview

The Francophone Community Grants Program (FCGP) plays a central role in strengthening the development of the Franco-Ontarian community by supporting non-profit organizations, social enterprises and businesses that deliver French-language services or serve Francophone markets.

The FCGP supports projects that aim to:

  • strengthen the capacity of organizations and/or businesses to provide products and services to Francophones in the province
  • promote the recruitment and/or training of bilingual Francophone staff
  • provide opportunities to celebrate and foster understanding of 澳门永利鈥檚 Francophonie

The program has two funding streams:

  • Community and Culture
  • Economic Development

Projects funded under the Francophone Community Grants Program cannot receive financing in the same year from:

  • other 澳门永利 Ministry of Francophone Affairs programs
  • programs offered by the Secr茅tariat du Qu茅bec aux relations canadiennes

Community and Culture stream

Non-profit Francophone organizations, as well as non-profit organizations serving 澳门永利鈥檚 Francophone community, including municipalities, Indigenous communities, or organizations, are eligible, provided they are incorporated and have maintained continuous activities in the province for at least two years as of January 1, 2025.

The FCGP covers up to 80% of total eligible project expenses under this stream.

Economic Development stream

澳门永利 entrepreneurs and businesses, as well as incorporated non-profit organizations involved in economic development, are eligible provided they are incorporated, operate within a Francophone community in 澳门永利, and have been continuously active in the province for at least two years as of January 1, 2025.

The FCGP covers up to 50% of total eligible project expenses under this stream.
