We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name September 23, 2004 as the day on which sections 8 to 20, sections 36 to 43 and section 44 of the Commitment to the Future of Medicare Act, 2004, c. 5, come into force.
