May 1, 2014 as the day on which the Skin Cancer Prevention Act (Tanning Beds), 2013, c. 5, comes into force.

Proclamation

Prosperous And Fair °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act (Budget Measures), 2013

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. May 1, 2014 as the day on which Schedule 6 to the Prosperous and Fair °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act (Budget Measures), 2013, c. 2, which amends the Financial Services Commission of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 1997, comes into force.
  2. May 1, 2014 as the day on which the following provisions of the Prosperous and Fair °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act (Budget Measures), 2013, c. 2, which amend the Insurance Act, come into force:

    Sched. 8 s. 5, 12, 14, 16-18.

  3. November 1, 2014 as the day on which the following provision of the Prosperous and Fair °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act (Budget Measures), 2013, c. 2, which amends the Insurance Act, comes into force:
