°ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Securities Commission
National Instrument 62-104 Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids and National Instrument 62-103 Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues
On May 9, 2016, National Instrument 62-104 Take-Over Bids and Issuer Bids (NI 62-104) and National Instrument 62-103 Early Warning System and Related Take-Over Bid and Insider Reporting Issues (NI 62-103, and together with NI 62-104, the Rules) came into force as rules under the Securities Act. The Rules amend the regime governing the conduct of take-over bids, which is set out in NI 62-104, and the regime governing early warning reporting contained in NI 62-104 and NI 62-103. Foreign Cultural Objects Immunity from Seizure Act Determination
Pursuant to delegated authority and in accordance with subsection 1(1) of the Foreign Cultural Objects Immunity from Seizure Act, R.S.O 1990, c.F-23, the works of art or objects of cultural significance listed in Schedule “A” attached hereto, which works or objects are to be on temporary exhibit during the Élisabeth Louise Vigée Le Brun (1755-1842) exhibition at the National Gallery of Canada in Ottawa, °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû pursuant to loan agreement between the National Gallery of Canada and the lender listed in the attached Schedule “A” are hereby determined to be of cultural significance and the temporary exhibition of these works or objects in °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû is in the interest of the people of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû.

Order in Council
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council, orders that:
O.C. 700/2016
Whereas responsibility for the administration of the °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, S.O. 2009, c.22 is currently assigned to the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 1701/2003 dated November 19, 2003;
Therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(2), 5(1) and 8(1) of the Executive Council Act, R.S.O 1990, c. E 25, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council, responsibility for the administration of the °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009, S.O. 2009 c. 22, is hereby assigned and transferred to the Minister of Labour except in respect of apprenticeship, which shall remain the responsibility of the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities;
And further Order in Council O.C. 1701/2003 dated November 19, 2003 and Order in Council O.C. 1695/2003 dated November 19, 2003 are hereby amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
