Waste-free °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2016

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. November 30, 2016 as the day on which the following provisions of the Waste-Free °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2016, c. 12, come into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 1-32, 34-108, being the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016.

    Schedule 2, s. 1-55, 65-73, 75, being the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016.

  2. January 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provision of the Waste-Free °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2016, c. 12, comes into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 33, being the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act, 2016.

  3. May 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provisions of the Waste-Free °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2016, c.  12, come into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 56-64, being the Waste Diversion Transition Act, 2016.
