Ministry of Government Services Consumer Protection and Service Modernization Act, 2006

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. December 31, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Ministry of Government Services Consumer Protection and Service Modernization Act, 2006, c. 34, which amends the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, comes into force:

    Schedule C, s. 9.

  2. December 31, 2016 as the day on which the following provision of the Ministry of Government Services Consumer Protection and Service Modernization Act, 2006, c. 34, which amends the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, comes into force:
