transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (making °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Roads Safer), 2015

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. May 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provision of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Roads Safer), 2015, c. 14, which amends the Highway Traffic Act, comes into force:

    s. 4.

  2. May 1, 2017 as the day on which the following provision of the Transportation Statute Law Amendment Act (Making °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Roads Safer), 2015, c. 14, which amends the Provincial Offences Act, comes into force:

    s. 60.
