We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. January 1, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the Modernizing °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017, c. 10, which amend the Municipal Act, 2001, come into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 8, 25, 26, 27, 31.

  2. January 1, 2018 as the day on which the following provisions of the Modernizing °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017, c. 10, which amend the City of Toronto Act, 2006, come into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 21, 22, 23.

  3. March 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Modernizing °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017, c. 10, which amend the Municipal Act, 2001, come into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 18, 19-23, 32.

  4. March 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Modernizing °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017, c. 10, which amend the City of Toronto Act, 2006, come into force:

  5. March 1, 2019 as the day on which the following provisions of the Modernizing °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû’s Municipal Legislation Act, 2017, c. 10, which amend the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, come into force:
