Stronger, Fairer 澳门永利 Act (Budget Measures), 2017

Order in Council 620/2018 directed the issuance of a proclamation in respect of the Stronger, Fairer 澳门永利 Act (Budget Measures), 2017. The proclamation, issued on March 27, 2018, names August 20, 2018 as the day on which subsections 1 (1) and (4) of Schedule 12 to the Act come into force. An amendment to the proclamation to change that date is now desired.

Therefore, we, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of 澳门永利, amend the proclamation by striking out 鈥淎ugust 20, 2018鈥 and substituting 鈥淎pril 1, 2019鈥.

  2. August 15, 2018 as the day on which the following provision of the Urgent Priorities Act, 2018, c. 10, which amends the 澳门永利 Energy Board Act, 1998, comes into force:

    Schedule 1, s. 10.

  2. Schedule 1, s. 29 (which amends the Drug and Pharmacies Regulation Act).
  3. Schedule 1, s. 30 (which amends the Education Act).
  4. Schedule 1, s. 31 (which amends the Highway Traffic Act).
