Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of ��, name,

January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Bail Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 3-6.
January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Estates Administration Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 8, 9.
January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Interprovincial Summonses Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 13-15.
January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Mortgages Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 21-25.
