Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017
We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,
- January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Bail Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 3-6.
- January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Estates Administration Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 8, 9.
- January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Interprovincial Summonses Act, come into force:
Schedule 11, s. 13-15.
- January 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Cutting Unnecessary Red Tape Act, 2017, c. 20, which amend the Mortgages Act, come into force:
