Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. July 1, 2022 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amend the Housing Services Act, 2011, come into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 1, 2, 7-11, 13.

  2. January 1, 2023 as the day on which the following provisions of the Protecting Tenants and Strengthening Community Housing Act, 2020, c. 16, which amend the Housing Services Act, 2011, come into force:

    Schedule 2, s. 3, 5.
