Less Red Tape, Stronger °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2023

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

April 12, 2024 as the day on which the following provision of the Less Red Tape, Stronger °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Act, 2023, c. 2, which repeals the °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Corporation Act, 2023, comes into force:

We, by and with the advice of the Executive Council of °ÄÃÅÓÀÀû, name,

  1. June 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022, c. 21, which amend the Development Charges Act, 1997, come into force:

    Schedule 3, s. 3, 11 (2), 12 (2), (7).

  2. June 1, 2024 as the day on which the following provisions of the More Homes Built Faster Act, 2022, c. 21, which amend the Planning Act, come into force:

    Schedule 9, s. 10 (2), (4), 12 (2), (3), (9), 18 (2), (3), (7).
