Liste Des Terrains Et Droits Miniers Ouverts À L’inscription De Claims
Le 1er juin 2021
conformément aux dispositions des paragraphes 197(7), 184(2), 81(13), 82(8), 183(4) et 41(3) de la Loi sur les mines, et aux pouvoirs qui m’ont été délégués par le sous-ministre, les terrains suivants, qui sont revenus à la Couronne par confiscation, résiliation ou autrement, seront ouverts à la prospection, à l’inscription de claims, à la vente ou au bail à compter de 10 h heure de l’Est le 1er juin 2021.

Veuillez prendre note que les terrains décrits dans le présent avis sont ouverts à l’inscription de claims, à moins que les terrains ou une partie de ceux-ci ne soient pas ouverts à l’inscription de claims en vertu de toute autre disposition de la Loi sur les mines ou de toute autre loi, règlement, ordonnance ou autre instrument.
